Baltic-West Trading facilitates the outsourcing of the production like textiles and wooden houses for Scandinavian market and provides Coaching services in Lithuania.

The Lithuanian market has fiscal advantages, generally low running expenses and cheap labor compared to the Scandinavian level. Therefore it is profitable to outsource the production to Lithuania.

Establishing a business relation in a foreign market is a big challenge requiring to considere the price levels, the wage levels, tax revenue and cultural barriers.
